SHIPPINGHow long does it take for items to arrive?
A typical order will take 2-3 weeks for production and shipment.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Any items weighing over 5 pounds will be shipped UPS ground.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your location and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your location, and press the “update total” button.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we're working on it. Check back soon.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments. All payments will pass through PayPal.
Do I have to include my personal contact information? Why?
Yes. If we have any questions about your order, we will need a way to contact you. Please provide your phone number so we can follow up with you if we do not get a response to the email.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
How secure is this store?
Switchboard Designs uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
What is your return policy?

What kind of wood do you use for your products?
We mainly use maple, pine, and birch.
What printing processes do you use?
We mainly use UV printing.
Do you provide hardware with your products?
Yes, all of our products will arrive with a self-leveling hanger centered on the back of the frame.
Are you products weather proof?
Our products are not water proof. They are intended for indoor use only.
How do I clean the products?
We suggest a dry, smooth cloth for all products. Nothing we produce is water resistant, unless otherwise noted.
Do you offer other color options?
Currently, we only offer the products in the colors portrayed in the images. If you would like a custom color, please email us at [email protected]. We will do everything we can to meet your needs.
Do you do custom product design or design work?
If there is an image or design you really want, please email us at [email protected]. We will do everything we can to meet your needs.
Do you have a copyright on your designs?
We blanket copy right on our design layouts.

*Like people, wood changes and grows character with time. The grain, knots and color shifts will vary on every board. Switchboard Designs, LLC will not refund a purchase due to knots or color shifts in the wood.
*Switchboard Designs, LLC is not liable for damage during shipment. We use USPS or UPS (if over 5 lbs). If you wish to purchase shipping insurance, please indicate that in the notes field at check out, or send an email to [email protected] and we can give you a shipping estimate.
